Emerald Isle Custom Build

When Stacia contacted me and said she had a house on the beach she wanted my help with, I envisioned an outdated beach condo. I did not picture a custom-built, mid-construction, 4-story ocean-front home! The Emerald Isle Custom Build was the biggest project I’d ever worked on and it gave me a run for my money. We had lots of ups and a few downs (which always happens when construction is involved…), but we made it to the end and it was 100% worth it!

This rental home boasts a whopping 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 3 decks with stunning views of the ocean. Not to mention a private pool and beach access. “Beach style” isn’t something I would have considered to be in my wheelhouse, but I’m thrilled with how this “Classy Coastal” home turned out.
